[PT] Mendoza, na Argentina, é um destino conhecido no Brasil principalmente por conta das vinícolas. E nós que curtimos muito vinhos, não poderíamos deixar de conhecer algumas delas.
Apesar do nosso entusiasmo, tínhamos alguns desafios que atrapalharam um pouco o passeio, tais como tempo muito curto disponível para esse turismo, e o carro que estava com vazamento de óleo e precisava ser consertado. Juntando tudo, conseguimos apenas 1 dia e optamos por conhecer duas vinícolas bem especiais, Bodega La Rural e a Trapiche.
O vinho Rutini, da Bodega La Rural, é um dos nossos queridinhos e tem um charme especial por termos conhecido ele com os amigos Argentinos do Tiago. Na Bodega La Rural está o Museo del Vino, que nos faz sentir voltando ao passado. É possível fazer uma visita guiada (paga) a qual conta a história de Don Felipe Rutini, que veio da Itália e fundou no distrito de Maipú (16km do centro de Mendoza) sua vinícola.
O Wine bar é bem charmoso com seus enormes tonéis de vinhos e algumas esculturas de madeira.
A vinícola Trapiche nos chamou a atenção pelo processo Biodinamico de fabricação. Nesse tipo de processo busca-se conservar o natural, sem utilização de compostos químicos, herbicidas/fungicidas e observa-se os ciclos lunares para planejar a colheita. Com isso conseguem manter o equilíbrio do ecossistema.
Dentro desta vinícola passam trilhos de uma antiga estação ferroviária e Mateus se encantou andando por cima dos trilhos e imaginando que um trem viria para passear com ele pelo campo. Além da vinícola existe um lindo restaurante no mesmo local.
Após as visitas nas vinícolas é possível comprar vinhos. Nem sempre vale a pena comprar vinhos em vinícolas, pois muitas vezes encontramos vinhos nos supermercados um pouco mais em conta.
[EN] Mendoza, Argentina, is a destination mainly known to Brazilians because of the wineries. As we do like wines, we had also good reasons for a visit.
Despite all our enthusiasm, we had some challenges that made the tour a bit more challenging, such as the very short time available for this tour, and the car that had an oil leak and needed to be repaired. Putting it all together, we got only 1 day and we chose to visit two very special wineries, Bodega La Rural and Trapiche.
The Rutini wine, from the Bodega La Rural, is one of our favorites and it has a special feeling to us because we tasted this wine with the Argentinian friends of Tiago. In the Bodega La Rural there is the Wine Museum, which makes us feel returning to the past. It is possible to take a guided tour (paid) which tells the story of Don Felipe Rutini, who came from Italy and founded in the district of Maipú (16km from the center of Mendoza) his winery.
The wine bar is quite charming with its huge wine casks and some wooden sculptures.
The Trapiche winery caught our attention due to the manufacturing biodynamic process. In this type of process it is sought to conserve the natural process, without use of chemical compounds, herbicides / fungicides and the lunar cycles is taken into consideration to plan the harvest. With this they can maintain the balance of the ecosystem.
Inside this winery there is rails of an old railway station and Mateus had a lot of fun walking on the rails and imagining that a train would come to take him for a ride by the field. Besides the winery there is a beautiful restaurant in the same place.
After the visits in the wineries it is possible to buy wines. It is not always worth buying wines in wineries, as we often find them in supermarkets a bit cheaper.
